Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service total.
Please note: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance on the day of your appointment.
