Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 35% of the scheduled service total.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
